Investing in new machinery and technology

At Cheshire Wire Erosion we recognise the importance of keeping up to date with the latest technology and continual investment in new machinery.  It is our intention to use the very best technology within our company and so as a result we have recently acquired two pieces of machinery:-

The SODICK AD35L has been added to our current Die Sink EDM capacity. This machine also uses Linear Motor technology, ensuring machine deformation is minimised, allowing optimum performance at high speed and rapid acceleration.

The SODICK AQ900L has been especially designed and purchased for machining larger sized workpieces, with a maximum workpiece size of 1200 x 900 x 400mm.Using this quality machine tool, will ensure continued accuracy, quality and of course increased capacity to our current machine capabilities.
