Wire Erosion provides a precision profile with achieveable surface finishes of 0.3ra with tolerances of a few microns.

RAM produces a precision machined pocket to various surface textures and tolerances.

EDM fast hole drilling allows holes from 0.3mm diameter to 6mm diameter through a thickness up to 240mm.

Work piece cleaning operations including bead blasting and ultra-sonic cleaning. Inspection facilities, are also provided.The quality approvals of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 underpins the process and ensures the highest of standards of customer care.
