Case Study - Pharmaceutical company

An engineer with a leading pharmaceutical company, approached a toolmaker to produce 25 rectangular slots, measuring 5mm x 3mm, through 200mm think aluminium. The size of the slot was very small and the job needed to be watertight, so fabrication was not an option. THe toolmaker was unable to undertake such precise wrok and immediately recommended Cheshire Wire Erosion. Graham said:
